Nassau Tennis Center charges for all services at the time of booking, is not transferable, and operates in advance of 24hr cancellation policy for lessons, clinics, and court rentals.

Customers who cancel a court rental reservation, lesson, zones and clinic outside of 24hr will be issued a credit towards future use for the same services. Refunds may be requested for court rentals and lessons, clinics that are cancelled outside of 24hrs and emergencies only with 7% processing fees.

No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellations made inside of 24hrs including no shows.

No refunds or credits will be issued for Ball Cart, Ball Machine, Transportation Fees and or Junior enrollment programs. Approved refunds are subject to a 7% processing fee.

To reserve indoor courts and/or book lessons & clinics, clients must create a Nassau Tennis Center account and place a valid Credit Card on file. Information is stored securely through MINDBODY online.

Credit/debit card transactions only. NO CASH. Checks are accepted as payment for indoor season junior programs and special contracts only.

Players purchasing seasonal court time may book ahead for the entire indoor season. Lessons and clinics may be booked in advance without limitation. Payment will be processed at the time of booking.

Services expire a year from the date of purchase.
Court Rules

NO outside pros are allowed to teach at the club.
Any exceptions must have prior clearance and approval of owners and director of tennis.

Please be mindful with your cellphones while on court (please turn on silent or off).

Absolutely NO coffee, tea or food is allowed on the courts.

No glass bottles.

Proper tennis attire is strongly encouraged.

Walking between courts should only occur between point play.

No pets (service animals are the only exception).
