Nassau Tennis Center charges for all services at the time of booking. Services are not transferable and are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy for lessons, clinics and court rentals.

Service policies
A court rental, lesson, zone or clinic cancelled more than 24 hours ahead receives account credit toward the same service. Refunds may be requested for qualifying court rentals, lessons or clinics, and emergencies, subject to a 7% processing fee.
No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.
No refunds or credits are issued for ball cart, ball machine, transportation fees or junior enrollment programs. Approved refunds are subject to a 7% processing fee.
Clients must create a Nassau Tennis Center account and keep a valid credit card on file to reserve indoor courts or book lessons and clinics. Information is stored through MINDBODY Online.
Package credits expire at the end of the applicable winter or spring session. Other account credits and services expire one year after purchase and are forfeited if unused.
Credit and debit card transactions only. Cash is not accepted. Checks are accepted only for indoor-season junior programs and special contracts.
Seasonal-court players may book ahead for the indoor season. Lessons and clinics may be booked in advance without limitation, with payment processed at booking.

Outside professionals may not teach at the club unless the owners and Director of Tennis approve an exception in advance.
Keep cellphones silent or turned off while on court.
Coffee, tea and food are not allowed on the courts.
Glass bottles are not allowed.
Proper tennis attire is strongly encouraged.
Walk between courts only between points.
Pets are not allowed, except service animals.
